The preparation of teachers for the global process of educational evolution

 

The project Citizen 2.1 has as its aim the exchange of best practices in the field of educational competences regarding digital skills. The teachers’ interest community will be formed through project activities.Through the exchange of information which is incorporated in the programme of trainings and seminars, the teachers will be fully qualified for implementation of the most modern digital skiĺls in teaching process and for the participation in global social and educational evolution of the 21st century. Besides, they will have the opportunity to see the results of merging three educational worlds into one mission,which will lead to designing innovative, practical and future-oriented approaches for digital skills and competences development in the field of education, with focus on designing quality programmes for professional development through exploration of functional and contemporary approaches and methods.

The coordinator of the project is GIP FTLV de l’académie de Besançon (academic region  Burbon), France.

The main goals of the project are:

  • defining and identifying key digital skills for the 21st century citizens,
  • identifying convergence points between education and labour market through digital tools,
  • enlightening innovative and efficient training methods and approaches,   
  • acquiring enriched and mutual culture.

  • electronic manual for teachers “The Guide for good practice”, 
  • innovative digital tools seminars.
